No short list will be applicable. <br /> The post-qualification criteria to be proven by the Tenderer will be as follows: <br /> &mdash; Successfully completion at least 3 service contracts including supervision of WWTP in the 3 years prior to the submission deadline. <br /> &mdash; Minimum 3 references in the last 5 years prior to the submission deadline of this application regarding administrative management and supervision of similar construction works (leachate treatment plants). <br /> &mdash; The candidate should have at least five permanent engineer in his company to carry out this job <br /> &mdash; The candidate should have a back-up capacity other than the team to conduct the supervision work <br /> &mdash; The candidate should have given the company organization and company description including the mother companies and subsidiaries and a statement in his application that there is no conflict of interest if awarded with this assignment. <br /> Is should be noted that the Terms of Reference RFP- 5 contains requirements to which bidder's key personnel must adhere and in case these requirements are not met the tender will be rejected. <br /> It should also be noted that the successful Bidder shall be responsible to have or obtain all necessary registrations and licenses according to the laws and regulations of Montenegro in order to carry out the duties and take the responsibilities as the Engineer. &nbsp;5.Language of proposal: <br /> Proposals must be prepared in the English language, and all accompanying documents must be in English, translated if necessary.
