Public Enterprise for State Roads (PESR), hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Client&quot;, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Bank&quot;, towards the cost of National Roads Programme. The Client intends pre-qualifying firms and consortia to tender for the following contract, hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Contract&quot;, to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: &bull; Expressway Gradsko - Prilep, section &quot;Farish&quot; &ndash; &quot;Drenovo&quot;, in length of 10.20 km is part of Trans European Road Corridor Xd (Gradsko &ndash; Prilep &ndash; Bitola - border with Greece). This Contract comprises the construction of a complete expressway with different widths (12.40 m &ndash; 25.4 m). Basic preliminary quantities are: excavation 780,000 m3, embankments 450,000 m3, asphalt carriageway 143,000 m2, two tunnel tubes (130 m+150 m), 32 bridges/viaducts/overpasses/underpasses. Proposed period of construction: 24 months.
