JP Emisiona Tehnika i Veze, hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Client&quot;, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Bank&quot;, towards the cost of the Digital Switchover Project. The Client intends prequalifying firms and consortia to tender for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Contract&quot;, to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: The Contract will include: 1. Delivery equipment necessary to build the network of three MUXs for Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting (DVB T2), to cover at least 95% of the population of Serbia with the 1st MUX and at least 90% population with the 2nd and 3rd MUX's. Equipment will include network equipment, transmission equipment, high-powered and low-powered antenna systems, measurement equipment, uninterruptable power supply and power generators; 2. Some installations of delivered equipment have to be done (to be defined by Technical specification) 3. Equipment will be installed on 208 sites for the 1st MUX and on 88 sites for the 2nd and 3rd MUXs Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms and joint ventures of firms from any country.
