2013/S 190-327239 INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA Project: CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORWAY ON CORRIDOR Vc, SECTION DONJA GRAČANICA-DRIVUŠA, SUBSECTION DRIVUŠA-KLOPČE; JPAC 373-A66-12 Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed loan agreement with Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) to finance one of priority sections of the motorway on the route of Pan European Corridor Vc through Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Beneficiary) intends to apply the proceeds of the loan toward the cost of civil works and consulting services, to be procured for the section of motorway from Drivuša to Klopče. Construction of motorway on Corridor Vc, Section Donja Gračanica-Drivuša, Subsection Drivuša-Klopče, in total length of 2+230 km, will be constructed with a contract: • Contract No 1. JPAC 373-A66-12: Section Donja Gračanica-Drivuša, Subsection Drivuša-Klopče in total length of 2+230 km will be financed by the loan signed with Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) Public company “Autoceste Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine d.o.o. Mostar (Autoceste FBiH)” on behalf of the Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Employer) intends to apply the proceeds of the loans from KFAED (the Fund) towards the cost of Construction of motorway on Corridor Vc, Section Donja Gračanica-Drivuša, Subsection Drivuša-Klopče (the Project). The Employer intends to pre-qualify firms and joint ventures to tender for the contract to be funded from the proceeds of the loans. This contract consists of the construction of motorway between Klopče and Drivuša. Projected route of the highway Drivuša-Klopče section starts at chainage km 0+450 and ends at chainage km 2+680. The bridge Drivuša is located at the beginning of the section, close to the interchange Drivuša, which was designed as part of the previous section of the highway project. The bridge Drivuša crosses the river Bosna, from km 0+534 (beginning of the bridge) to km 1+189 (end of the bridge). On the right side of the route, from the profile P61 (km 1+200) - P75 (km 1+480), stabilization of slope cuttings with terraced landscaped casing gabion walls G1-G5 was foreseen. The route of the highway at chainage km 1+540 crosses the Cigan stream where an 2x2m underpass is predicted. On the km 1+553, the route crosses over underpass, through the local road, to which relocated Local road 3 is attached. From km 1+960 to km 2+070, the wall of reinforced earth (length L = 133 m) is foreseen on the left side, with a wall of gabions (L = 110m) foreseen on the right side. From km 2+197 to km 2+587 the motorway route passes viaduct Perin Han. The length of the left viaduct is 386.78 m, and the right viaduct is 393.22 m long. Total length of the section is km 2+230. Construction period is 30 months. Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loan from the Fund is open to firms and joint ventures from any country. In accordance with provisions of the Loan agreement, prequalified tenderers from the country of the Fund (State of Kuwait) will be accorded a margin of preference of 5% for the comparison of bids.
